I’m a Qualified Nutritionist (BSc) and Health Coach, as well as a very passionate foodie!

My hope is to educate, inspire and support you in a way that you can thoughtfully make simple and small changes to create new healthy habits in your everyday life that will benefit you both in the short and long term.
