    Follow Up Consultations - 30 mins

    For those seeking ongoing support, our 30-minute follow-up calls are designed to nurture your evolving relationship with food and your body. Together, we'll reinforce positive habits and address any challenges you encounter. I recommend 2-6 follow ups depending on your goals.

  • For those seeking ongoing support and accountability, our 4, 6, and 8 week nutrition support packages offer a comprehensive approach to holistic well-being.

    Each package includes an initial 60-minute consultation where we'll establish your goals and preferences, followed by weekly 30-minute check-ins to track your progress, provide guidance, and address any challenges you may encounter.

    Additionally, you'll have access to Monday to Friday message support and receive personalised meal guides to support you on your journey.

Consultation process

  • Book an optional complementary 15 minute discovery call to chat about what the best option for you is. This is a great chance to get your questions answered and make sure we are aligned to work towards your specific goals - Book now

  • Find a time to best suit and your schedule. Mark your calendar and complete all pre-call forms and questions so we can jump straight into it!

    We'll jump on a Telehealth call and talk through your history, eating habits/intake, training, goals, lifestyle, and so much more!

  • Pre-call questionnaire will be send to you once you have booked and paid for your consultation. Make sure to complete these before your call time so we can make the most of the 60 minutes.

  • Receive a follow up email with in 1-2 days of your consultation, with actionable tips moving forward and any tool and resources we have discussed to help you start working towards your goals

  • I recommend 2-6 follow up sessions, depending on your goals and progress to review, and adjust the plan along the way (if necessary), including continuing education.

    *note: follow up calls can only be booked after completing an initial 60 minute consultation.
