Our one-off 1:1 nutrition consultations provide you with the opportunity to dive deep into your relationship with food and receive personalised guidance from Harriet herself. During these sessions, we'll explore your goals, challenges, and aspirations, crafting a road-map to help you navigate towards a more fulfilling and sustainable approach to nutrition.

  • Initial Consultation - 60 minutes

    Your starting point. In this session, we’ll dive into your current habits, health history, challenges, and goals. You’ll leave with clear direction and a personalised action plan to move forward with confidence.

  • Follow Up Consultations - 30 mins

    Designed to check in and continue building momentum. We’ll reflect on what’s working, work through challenges, and refine your strategies so your habits feel even more aligned and sustainable. I recommend 2-6 follow ups depending on your goals.

Consultation process

  • Book an optional complementary 15 minute discovery call to chat about what the best option for you is. This is a great chance to get your questions answered and make sure we are aligned to work towards your specific goals - Book now

  • Find a time to best suit and your schedule. Mark your calendar and complete all pre-call forms and questions so we can jump straight into it!

    We'll jump on a Telehealth call and talk through your history, eating habits/intake, training, goals, lifestyle, and so much more!

  • Pre-call questionnaire will be send to you once you have booked and paid for your consultation. Make sure to complete these before your call time so we can make the most of the 60 minutes.

  • Receive a follow up email with in 1-2 days of your consultation, with a clear action plan, actionable tips moving forward and any tool and resources we have discussed to help you start working towards your goals

  • I recommend 2-6 follow up sessions, depending on your goals and progress to review, and adjust the plan along the way (if necessary), including continuing education.

    *note: follow up calls can only be booked after completing an initial 60 minute consultation.
